Explain the ordering process?

It is easy and secure.

We've provided a simple tool for you to choose your colours, your favourite font, plus over 50 graphics to choose from to help make your blanket as individual as the recipient. You're the designer.

When you are happy with your design simply add it to your cart, add a free gift card if you choose. We will ship your order to you within the specified postage timeframe.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Yes! Add a personal touch to your gifts with our exclusive gift wrapping service. Gifts will arrive in a premium linen gift box, complete with a gift card and a personal note from you. Simply select the gift wrapping option after designing your blanket or adding a garment to your order and we will organise the rest!

When can I expect my order to arrive?

As soon as you confirm your order, we get to work on it.

It will take us between 2 and 5 days to Knit, finish, wash, press and pack your blanket or garment.

When you confirm your order you will choose a postage service:

- Standard - Australia Post Standard delivery can vary between 2 and 7 days. The cost for this service is FREE

- Express -  Australian Post Express delivery can vary between 1 to 4 days. The cost for this service is A$10.

- International Postage - transit time will vary between countries. The recipient will be liable for any occurring local duty, taxes and other import costs that may be charged by customs.

What is the quickest possible turnaround time?

As soon as you confirm your order we get to work!

Is your cotton organic?

The Knit Studio has partnered with Italian yarn manufacturer Filmar, to offer exclusively throughout Australia their new organic, ethically produced and sustainable cotton yarn. We are proud to have the opportunity to join with Filmar on such a positive approach towards a sustainable industry and environment. I made a mistake, can I change my order?

Mistakes happen, please contact us and we will do our best correct the mistake. All orders are custom made individually, as such, once your order has commenced the knitting process we cannot change the order. Please double check the spelling, colour and size selections before adding to the cart.

Can the blanket be read from both sides?

It can only be read from one side, the writing on the reverse will appear inverted and the colours reversed. Please refer to our Gallery, Instagram or Facebook for for examples of this.

Can the blanket be horizontal instead landscape

Yes they can by a special order. Please contact us by email.
